Landlord will not fix problems, ceiling falling in roaches mice infested!!!!! Water leaks al over!! He calls his tenets stupid fucking bitches !!!!! Worst landlord ever please stay clear of this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only person you get prompt response from is the landlord bob. His staff in the office for rent and or leasing take several days if not a week to call back. Also, the apartments have a roach problem! Ewww hate roaches! I called 1.5 weeks ago to tell the landlord, Bob, the roaches have gotten worse and have heard nothing since :/ all I can say is I can't wait until this lease is up!
