As a Support Worker, I attended Lea’s on 30/9/24 with a 68 y.o client living with dementia, down syndrome, profound deafness and an inability to read. While waiting for a cut, we perused the magazines. Given my clients disabilities, I was reading articles aloud to keep him entertained and engaged. We were rudely approached by the hair stylist who stated that we were being too loud.
