I was an inpatient at Learning services for 30 days for workers comp evaluation. Durning that time I saw things that should have never been seen in a facility like cockroaches on the counters, floors in the kitchen and on the food that was sitting in the sink from around 11:00 pm to 5:30 am. The staff just ran water over some meat to get the bugs off and put it in the refrigerator after I brought it to there attention.
