I have attended this conference for the past 2 summers, and it has changed the entire way I teach. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, and the materials are well worth it. EVERY teacher should have the opportunity to attend.

This company is a joke. They're whole existence is to get paid an exorbitant salary and go to schools telling tenured teachers that they are improperly using their materials but with no solution. From what I see Michael Toth is pulling the wool over the eyes of tax payers and educators alike leading them further away from the goal of education and drawing a fat paycheck for no work. Instructional Empowerment is a company that always operates with integrity. The CEO, Michael D. Toth, is visionary and transparent. He really cares about the employees and the clients and our social mission is very personal to him. We are working to end generational poverty and eliminate racial achievement gaps by shifting from passive to empowering learning experiences for all students. I'm grateful to work for such an awesome company!
