I do not recommend this daycare to working parents. In our experience, they repeatedly excluded our child for very minor symptoms and kept calling us to pick him up every few days, even when doctors confirmed he was healthy and provided notes allowing him to return. We were often told they were “following regional policies,” but when we reviewed the parent handbook and public health guidance, the exclusions did not seem consistent with what was written. What an amazing daycare! They took care of him like he was their own and I am grateful! Cannot recommend a better daycare!
Terrible please avoid putting your kids in this daycare they really don’t care I put my son in for a couple of weeks and see how they take care and treated him. They ignored him they don’t really teach your kids anything. I picked up my son and he got a bruised on his lip I asked them and they wouldn’t give me an explanation on why and how. When I enrolled my son he was 9 months and I felt so guilty for enrolling him into daycare too early (but that was the only spot available). But when I see him going in happy and coming home happy, It feels that I made a good decision. The staff there are all friendly, energetic, and kind. They all have positive and happy energy, they support us passionately through the transition and care about my son well being and happiness which means the world to us.
