This gym feels like a home away from home when I'm home away from home. From the more choreo centered classes to the CrossFit classes, I always feel challenged. All of the instructors at this gym are top notch!
This gym is unreal especially considering it is in a small town. It's not often you get such a killer gum on such a small town.
Bought a week pass while we were in town. Owner was SUPER nice and accommodating. Very clean facility, and great selection of equipment! I have been to a lot of commercial gyms all over Canada and the US and the great interaction with the owner, atmosphere, and equipment this is easily in my top three favourite gyms I’ve been to.
This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to, and I work as a personal trainer. Clean, great equipment, helpful staff... incredible. My only issue (and it's a major one) is that there were two enormous dogs being allowed to roughhouse and roam freely on the weight room floor. While I am a dog-lover, I found this to be exceptionally irresponsible and potentially dangerous. On more than one occasion I had to stop my workout because of the animals.
