Excellent service. Prompt and courteous.
We love coming to matthews family dentistry they are very friendly as soon as you open the door all through cleaning and when you leave. And when your bringing all 7 kids they work quickly to accommodate us.
I have been to other dentists before and this one by far is the best. The doctors genuinely care about you and the nurses and staff are sweet, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dentist to everyone! They truly are the best!
I'm a new patient in this area and need continuing extensive dental work. I was so apprehensive to start with a new dentist but everyone in this practice has been so caring and helpful and professional; they have always made me feel confident and comfortable. When we moved to NC we had to find a new dentist for the family. We used to use a pediatric dentist for the kids. I decided to try Matthews Family Dentistry for all of us and we just love them! We have now been using them for the past nine years. Everyone there is so kind and courteous. They send you plenty of reminders of your appointment which I love! Staff is always very personable and ready to help and make the whole visit pleasurable!
Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do, but it is made so much better at Matthews Family Dentistry. Everyone is so friendly that it makes the experience from first phone call to check out so much better. Thanks for being a great practice!
The team was great! My 5 year old couldn't of been any worse but Dr. Jay and his great assistance's were at least able to review his x-rays and give me some good education on my son's needs for his teeth. Thank you all so much!
