I had a great first treatment with Dr. Patel and they were very efficient, educational, and kept it all running on time which doesn't always happen in a busy dental office. I could tell they do things the right way even by how their staff treats you during the intake process. I would recommend to others to check out Dr. Patel and Matthews Family Dentistry.
I needed an appointment rescheduled because of the snow days. The staff not only provided me with an immediate convenient date, the service provided during the appointment was also excellent. Ni, our hygienist fast and efficient and as usual very pleasant.
Tiffany did her usual great job of helping me keep my teeth from falling out.
I love how the staff knew me on a personal level and asked about each of my kids, expressing a genuine interest in our lives and welfare. It's such a refreshing experience to have healthcare that is truly patient centered!
She is the best because she is always in a great mood. She remembers areas that are sensitive and I just enjoy my visits so much because of her!!! We have built a great rapport. You are very lucky to have had her for so long, she loves what she does from what I see.
I love Matthews Family Dentistry. They are the best. If I have a problem they take care of it right away. When I go in for work or cleanings they make me feel like I am the only patient they are working on (though I am not).
