Ian is a wealth of knowledge on all things wine. Every class I’ve been to has been fun, and more than worth what we paid. All the people are super friendly and easy to talk to. I can’t wait to go back and try another one.

Well that was fun! Sharing wine with new friends and wine professionals in a beautiful loft made for a perfect Friday the 13! I learned some nuggets about wines from the Old World regarding aroma, tannins, and terroir. Everyone shared wonderful stories on the wine selections they brought. What a novel concept; the presentation was amazing! The hummus, fruit, pita bread, pasta, and vegetables were perfect for the tasting. Thanx for your hospitality!

I thought that this tasting only involved Zinfandels ,but we tasted a wide variety of wines. It was interesting to try and guess what the varietal was the component of each wine, and also how the group rated them. The pours of the 15 wines we tasted were very generous and the In and Out Burger and fries, were a nice accompaniment to the wines.
