Just attended the Pinot Challenge event in downtown at this hip loft where these guys conduct some of thier events, I hear. I found my tribe! Being around such a fun and enigmatic group of people who all caught the wine bug, just made me feel at home! Made some really promising new friends that I am excited to see again. I've known Ian for years, and he is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and greatest educators of wine around. His events are always fun (with great music to boot), always amazing wines, good-looking people, and the vibe and energy are on point. I know that no matter if I'm going to Stars of Napa, a champagne challenge, or a Bordeaux dinner, it's going to be fantastic!
