Our mower started having issues in the midst of this season of rain causing our grass to grow like crazy, so we HAD to get out repaired pretty quickly. I found Henry’s business on Google and saw the reviews, so we brought it over. All I can say is Wow! Early one morning I tried starting my old mower with the pull cord and the spring completely snapped so not only no start but the cord didn't return and just hung off the handle with 3 feet of slack. Found these guys online, read the phenomenonal reviews and took my mower in. Henry looked at it immediately and diagnosed it. Broken spring. Do not go here. This wasn’t my first experience with this company. On a previous visit with the same mower, I paid approximately $500 to have everything repaired. Despite that, I continued to have problems. Most recently, I was charged $250 just for them to look at the mower and diagnose the issue. I was then charged additional parts and labor to repair it. After 3 weeks at another location and nothing done to service my mower I searched and read reviews and took my chance with Henry. Today Saturday took my mower. He told me give him til 12pm and mower will be done. It was done. Such a relief. I recommend Top Quality Services. Will patronize this business for service up keep. Thank you Henry.
