Rode man on phone. I called to ask about acquiring a pressure washer pump that I would need asap. The man tells me bring it in. So he can tell me it's the pump. I know the pump is bad I just want give the part number and get this running asap. I run my business like him and I know my equipment and how to repair allparts has it but I couldn't get it until the day with shipping in on a tight deadline.

$100 cash to change oil and attach cable to run self propelled. Got home, would not operate going forward self propelled. Took back, they said they adjective it but nope, still no self propelled going forward.

Called Henry in the morning once they opened let him know what was happening with my generator . He told me to bring it in and I did. He had it ready 5 hours later . Great guy and very fair in pricing . Recommended 100%.

My Toro mower engine was making unusual mechanical sounds on start up and shut down. I called Top Quality and took the mower over there around 10am. Henry was great! He said he would check everything and let me know what the problem was. In less than 2 hours, I got call back that the mower was done. Henry said he found a loose flywheel bolt. He tuned the machine a charged me less than the estimate. Mower runs like new. Very reasonable price, quick turn around, and great service.
