I ordered a cap and not only did it take over two months instead of the supposed 4-6 weeks but then they built it with the wrong window and I had to cancel my install appointment and now going on 9 weeks after dropping 4K and no topper this is beyond pathetic!!! These people literally shipped a cap with the wrong window option and nobody caught it.
Bad service waiting full day
Attention Truckers: If delivering here the receiving office is towards the other end of the building. Just look near dock door 22, you should see a metal stair case with a door that has a "receiving office" on top + has a "SW 8" sign. Ring the bell and someone should let you in. Sign in and give them your BOL's and if your drop-n-hook you drop your loaded trailer along the side and grab your assigned empty.
