My parents hired Ben Leaphart as their estate attorney and to look over, and take care of their estate once they passed in a Trust. Assets were to be divided by 1/3 each. My husband hired Attorney Leaphart to handle a family estate case in Probate Court. We paid the fee required and provided documents requested. After the initial meeting, Attorney Leaphart took weeks to respond to phone calls and did very little in 2 years. My husband terminated the service but $3,150 was lost and case is still pending. Very disappointed because he came highly recommended
