I purchased Leapers UTG Recon 360 bi-pod a couple years ago from Optics Planet. Both bi-pods did not lock in place anymore. I contacted customer service at Leapers and a guy named Bill helped me out with my issues on both bi'pods and replaced both of them! Leapers is a stand alone company and stands behind their products.
This company has fantastic customer service thanks to William Sanchez. He went above and beyond my expectations for a warranty on my scope and has made me a UTG fan for life. It's a shame all customer care people can't be what Bill is, a fine representative of his company and what customer service should be. Well done Bill, well done. Darrin Fletcher
