Terrible Drs, start to finish shocking. Can’t handle the amount of patients they have and staff need way more training and lessons on how to be polite. So many reckless mistakes this Drs have made with my daughter’s health. Now at a new Drs and what a completely different experience and my daughter has the answers we need. This surgery is awful. Won’t go into details of the medical history, because it’s not mine, but waiting 4 weeks for a follow up call after you’ve been sent to A&E is disgusting!! Chased 3 times and just told you have to wait!! Your new system is VERY flawed!!
Having tried to phone the surgery and being number 17 in queue for 35 mins gave up and walked to surgery, to be told that I can have a phone consultation with doctor but must wait 4 weeks for the doctor to call! Absolutely ridiculous
Peak incompetency: lost prescriptions, no standard procedures to keep things in check, last minute cancellations and wrong blood tests taken repeatedly. Emersons and Leap Valley are jusr absolutely dreadful
incompetent people! I don't recommend it
