The reformer Pilates sessions here are great! Liv is a fantastic instructor who keeps the classes challenging yet fun for everyone. I really appreciate the small class sizes -- they make the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend!
I've visited Tom multiple times at Leap Healthcare, he has helped me regarding issues with my Achilles, knee and even lower back, finding and addressing the root cause of the problems within the first session! I was amazed at how I was able to recover in time for sporting events which I thought I was going to have to miss due to injury.
