yeah pretty gnarly helped me strengthen my patella after an injury, still go to this day very helpful and great environment
Fantastic experience with both Pilates and strength training! Liv and Tommy are incredible instructors who customize exercises to fit your personal goals and body's needs. The space is spotless and the equipment is consistently clean and hygienic. Leap Healthcare has truly become like an extended family to me! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dan and his team, Dan has been incredibly helpful with my injury and muscle tear, providing great support and guidance throughout my recovery. Liv is also a fantastic Pilates instructor and is always so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Great service from a wonderful local small business definitely worth supporting🌺
