I trained with Gabe 2-3x a week for a year, and I can’t recommend him enough! I enjoy strength training but have struggled with previous hip injuries. Thanks to Gabe’s coaching, I have so much more mobility, strength, and a routine that feels sustainable for years to come! Gabe created customized programs for me (with added optional homework for days we didn’t train together). He’s supportive, pushes you, but also gets that life happens sometimes! He is there to help you roll with the punches and adjust accordingly. Seeing h... read more

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Barrios as my personal trainer at Leap Fitness for 16 weeks. What a transformative journey it has been! If you're looking for a coach who walks alongside you, helps you feel truly comfortable in your own body, and guides you toward holistic health, Michael is the one for you. When I first started, my nervous system was in overdrive, and I felt disconnected; mind, body, and spirit. Today, I’m more free, peaceful, and healthy than I’ve ever been, and I attribute much of that growth to... read more

I worked with both Ronan and Gabe for nearly 2 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. After a decade away from exercising and 2 kids later, I was intimidated at getting back into weights. Both Ronan and Gabe were amazing about meeting me where I was at, challenging me just the right way so I got stronger and accomplished goals I never thought was possible at this stage in my life. Not only are they experts and pros at what they do, they are also engaging and approachable, and have created a welcoming environment for ... read more

Ronan and Leap have been a game changer for me. I had gained a ton of weight and didn't know how to get out of my rut. I've been working with Ronan for 2 months now and I've lost 15 lbs and feel a million times better already. He and the team are kind and patient, but also push me just enough to go out of my comfort zone. Can't recommend enough!! I wanted to add to my post now that I've also had a chance to also train with Gabe at Leap! Gabe is awesome - he pushes me the right amount but also listens to me if something doesn... read more

I have had an excellent experience with Michael at Lead Fitness for the past 6 weeks. I decided to go to Michael because I wanted to address multiple long-standing areas of pain, misalignment and strength imbalance. Michael has been wonderful to work with. He takes a holistic approach, and really understands anatomy/physiology as well as the mind-body connection. My sessions are more focused on physical therapy/mobility and strength balancing than "getting into shape" which is what I was looking for. I attend crossfit type c... read more
