Dr Philip Glynatsis is very knowledgeable treating you as well helpful and always advice patient kindly and the staff is also good
Asked for a pathology request form for cholesterol and iron levels. Didn't check the form, assuming a seasoned GP would double check the form for human error. Results came back and turns out the dude forgot to request iron.
The receptionist says i cancelled three times and didn't call back so they not allow to go or book another appointment again, because they have a strict appointment rules. (Same as me as to people like that).Im sure it was only once!But my ma argument is WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF PATIENTS WAIT TO BE SEEN 1OR 2 OR 3 OR 4 SOMETIMES EVEN 5 HOURS
