STEER CLEAR!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve only done taxes with them twice and now both times I’ve been audited. IRS contacted me for my 2020 taxes and now my 2021 taxes asking for documentation to support the additional numbers that Leans Tax Services added. Which I don’t have! I had to pay back taxes for my 2020 and most likely will have to pay back for my 2021. This place fills out income taxes incorrectly. I Have gotten audited multiple times and have had to pay back. Almost everything I have received. As a homeowner, and paying someone to feel out taxes, I would expect for it to be done correctly. They are putting info on line y that does not apply to most. I Was told, any home expense to file it on taxes. Turns out some of the expenses I put are not allowed. They are miss informed or not knowledgeable with tax preparation. DO NOT FILE TAXES HERE!!!!!!! They will add expenses on your return you don’t have have and then owe money back to the IRS . They don’t sign the returns they stamp it as self prepared so they wipe their hands clean. Overly priced and done through turbo tax. The IRS should be investigating them and shutting them down. So many people are affected by theses frauds.
