Angel and Lourdes were wonderful to our mother that they cared for over 3 years+, we realize this job is a very hard one that takes 24/7 to do, both Angel & Lourdes obviously care for their patience and families. We feel our mother was comfortable, well fed and kept active as much as possible. We are very grateful and god bless both of you Angel & Lourdes, oh must add, their home always smelled of delicious homemade food. My wife was a resident at the Leano's Adult Family Home (LAFH) for more than 2 years before her passing. During that time she was very comfortable and well cared for. The owners and care givers at the LAFH, Angel and Lourdes, provided her with good professional care during her stay and treated her more like family than like a customer. Angel and Lourdes Leano cared for my mother for seven years until she passed away in June 2019. Placing her there it was the best decision we ever made; they treated her like family and made sure her every need was met. They went above and beyond what they were paid to do, they took her regularly to get her manicures and pedicures, they took her for drives and out for lunch, and they made sure she was comfortable to the very end. I am extremely impressed by the level of care and attention that my father is receiving from Angel and Lourdes. They are very friendly, compassionate and very diligent in making sure that residents are comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend this adult family home.
Good physical care. Bad business. In the six months my father was there, there was constant discrepancies in what was expected financially. For example: Owner happened to request a $500 fully refundable deposit a month after admission that happened to be requested on the owners birthday. Ultimately after my dad passed, it was not refunded. After dads passing it took them 90 days to reimburse me for the whole month I paid them to care for my dad, whuch he only was in theur care for 3 days of that month.
