First set , Bluetooth would work , second set ear cups where to big and aides to large to fit behind my ears fell out on the way home replace the cups to fit Inside my ears but the aides themselves won't stay behind my ears to large, I've lost one twice, they are back in the box they came in I will use my old ones very disappointed never had a problem with with last owners and staff I used them for 15 years.i will let my insurance company know
They are now a hard sell operation told me the hearing aids I got 3 years earlier there were crap and I should buy $7450 hearing aids. Did a hearing test I didn't ask for. Charging $125
It is in an almost hidden location. The office is old style, not modern. The hearing specialist made me feel like he wasn't as knowledgeable as I want my medical professionals to be. To my questions or concerns about my ears he keep saying that I needed to talk to an audiologist, or an ENT.
I have been dealing Le'Anne for years - I've always found her to be very professional - caring good person. Keith Marquand (hearing specialist) is very professional, knows what he is doing and very personable. They both do very good work. They are the only Hearing place to go to. My recent experience - My insurance company authorized new hearing aids -Le"Anne got them within 2 days and I had my new hearings the next day. I live 35 miles from Newport - going to Le'Anne and Keith are worth the 70 mile round trip.
