Fast and efficient, family friendly service. My family and I all appreciated the friendly atmosphere and professionalism at this dentist. I had a bit of work done here with old fillings being replaced and was very happy with the result.
I have been going to see Leanne the last couple years and more recently Phil. Service at the clinic is prompt, timely and informative. They also explain in detail what their findings are in a simple way so that you can apply actions to avoid further damage to your oral health. Thank you for the excellent service my partner and I always receive.
Three strikes and you’re out. First overcharged my health fund: realised their mistake but didn’t say anything to me until I queried it (they did refund me the difference when I asked for the money to be credited back to my health fund). Second charged me to refit a filling that fell out whilst I was flossing. Third refused an emergency consult when my 6 year old had his tooth knocked out.
