Very disappointed in this practice. I arrived 15-minutes early for my appointment. The receptionist took my ID and insurance card then proceed to tell me that I did not complete my online paperwork. I stated to her that the link they sent locked me out after 3 attempts because my last name wasn't recognized. She literally rolled her eyes and said "Well I have to see if the doctor will take you." Shady business practices which result in financial implications for patients. I was given a diagnostic referral for a preventative annual appointment. This was never communicated to me. In fact when I requested the referral it was shared that I’m making my annual wellness appointments. I’ve attempted to rectify this with the billing department who assured me the Bowie location office manager would get back to me. Very disappointed with my experience here. Arrived 10 minutes early and was checked in at a decent time just to wait in the back for 50 minutes and be told that they accidentally put in their system that I had already ‘checked out.’ No one came back to check on me and I never saw Dr. Ahmed. Avoid this location if you can.
I scheduled an appointment and went to see the NP . The front desk told me that she can not see you. Without any prior information and she west out all day.
