My niece had a very bad experience at this salon. I will say that my niece was able to conveniently book an appointment on line and when she needed to reschedule the stylist accommodated her. When she went in for her10 AM appointment the stylist was late 15 minutes. The stylist was unable to do a blowout prior to braiding my niece’s natural hair.
