The aides are useless and if you have a problem, you can't get in contact with anyone in the office.
Service is trash. Medication is not given on time or sometimes not at all, repeated no-show (without notification). Duties assigned and paid for are not completed. Unable to reach the owner of the agency due to she must be the only one at the agency. The phone number is her personal phone. I have so much more, but I'll leave it at this and will never use agency again or refer someone
