I’ve had a great experience at this gym. Bill runs an awesome class - challenging, well-structured, and always motivating. What really stands out is how welcoming the environment is. No matter your fitness level, Bill makes sure everyone feels included and supported. It’s a space where you can push yourself, improve, and enjoy the process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid workout and a great community.

Lean Life is amazing! The classes are always changing so you never get bored, they are challenging (with modifications for all levels) and always keep you on your toes. You will be encouraged by the staff as well as other members, it’s a supportive environment and there’s nothing like it around town!

I was excited to be selected for a free class and made the effort to arrive, even taking an Uber. Unfortunately, I was a couple of minutes late, despite planning to be there 15 minutes early as requested. I tried to explain my situation, but the instructor refused to let me participate, saying, ‘You are new, you wouldn’t catch up.’ I ended up spending about $30 on transportation for nothing. While they offered to reschedule, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t sign up again.

Lean Life is top notch. A pre-designed workout from a knowledgeable trainer that assists when needed along side a group of friends and family with energy to help keep the tempo and determination going. I highly recommend you give it a try. Come for the workout and stay for the created fitness family.
