LeanDog offers three services, Agile Software Delivery, Agile Training, Lean / Agile Organizational Transformations. These services are based on the Agile Manifesto and Lean principles as we help customers and companies discover better ways of crafting software and eliminating waste. Our studio is a 175 foot boat floating on Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland next to Burke Lakefront Airport, US Cod Submarine and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

A special thank you to the staff at Lean Dog who took time out of their morning to chat with me and my kids as we were passing through the area.
