I've worked with John for 7 years and he got me into the best shape of my life for my 75th birthday. For years, I struggled on my own to get a 6-pack but after 3 years diligently working with him, my abs were sharp and clearly defined and I placed 1st and 2nd in the 50+ and 60+ categories in a couple of bodybuilding shows and even got a 5th an Open category with guys 30 and 40 years younger.
