Poor environment. Unorganized, stressful, dishonest, etc…
Would not recommend as a place to work.
This is the most unorganized place I've ever worked for. They don't give days off and then when they agree to give you one. They lie saying you never requested day off. They expect you to work non stop. They paid me cash and refused to do direct deposit. This place left me homeless and living on the street. They fired me knowing i was a single mom without a single care. They don't have enough staff to cover thier clients and take it out on the caregivers. Wayne has been a wonderful person to work with. I give kudos to everyone who work in the office day in and day out. They really care about their clients and helping people out. If I could recommend them 100x over I would.
Wayne, Sheila, and Donna have been a blessing in disguise. I would recommend Lean On Me to any and all friends ten times over. Highly recommend for both care giving or janitor services! Great company with amazing people!
