Nate and his team at Lean Dog are exceptional. The workout was the best I ever had and the machines are beyond effective. I didnt believe that just 10 min would be enough for a full body workout and especially just once a week but you gotta feel this to truly believe it and once you do, youll never use free weights the same ever again!
