Great place to workout! Love the Nates and Aiden; wonderful people to converse with and train me to better my fitness journey! Honestly such a fun and personal place, I love these guys and the other clients too! All nice people! (Also, calve squats are amazing, I feel like I've a s c e n d e d. My legs cry of joy)
The workouts are short but intense. I leave there sore routinely. My strength has definitely increased since joining.
I have worked out at Lightspeed training for most 2 months. I have been doing Pilates for years, but knew I needed to start incorporating strength training, especially getting older. What I’m enjoying most about Lightspeed training is the small gym and personalized instruction from Nate. Time is everyone’s most valuable asset so to be able to get a strength workout in 30 minutes is a huge benefit in my opinion. This place is not like your regular gym. It is a high tech gym with a personal touch. The personal trainers and personalized fitness that I receive here at this place are amazing. I love the encouragement on nutrition and how to keep improving it. I have been going here for over a year and a half and I have increased my fitness levels tremendously. Every trainer here is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They encourage you every step of the way and really listen to your needs. They want you to be the version of you you’re happy with, whatever that goal is. I look forward to working out with Aiden, Nate, Nate, and Nate.
