This hospital has absolutely no care or concern for elderly patients at all. This Dr. Leschyna was so unsympathetic unprofessional and he should be ashamed of himself the way he just spoke to me about my 89 yr old mother . She is terminal and was sent home discharged a week ago she was too weak unwell and sick to leave . She is terminal however they told me she didn’t qualify for hospice . Sat here since 4 pm today. Its 1230 am The nurse Maya hasn't came in the room once to check my son. Worse bedside etiquette ever. Elevated b.p from being in pain. Pushes the call bell to use the bathroom. 15 minutes later i have to unhook him to use the toilet. Then his BP is through the roof. Tomorrow im making a complaint to administration. I can't say enough how great my experience was. After dealing with gallbladder problems for almost a year, had a bad experience at Windsor hospital, I went to Leamington ER. Right when I walked in, there was no one else there. I was triaged right away and was given pain meds. Within 3 hours I had given a blood sample, urine sample, and a cat scan.
