Disappointing Service Experience – Lack of Accountability and Respect I initially brought my vehicle to this dealership on November 24 due to an issue where the truck would not shift into park. Traditional Chrysler dealer, slightly retro, no drive in service bay and very small customer waiting area, no new car showroom to speak of. But my car was serviced quickly and staff is courteous.
