I wouldn’t recommend working with the leal team. He seems to be nicer on phone but in person he is not nice at all. He is rude and use unnecessary scare tactics.

Really bad experience with this contractor. Very rude guy to deal with. Got the job barely done and requested money for half baked job. Also he kept asking me when can I give him 5 star reviews.

Can't speak highly enough of Marcus and the team at Leal Restoration. After a major water issues in the house, they were on-site to assess the damage in under an hour. Not only that, they had the whole problem fixed within the weekend. This was not a minor project, the whole floor had to be replaced. Marcus also installed a new subfloor protector to prevent mold accumulation which has been a persistent problem, even though I had the floors replaced previously. I can’t say enough good things about the help I received! He came out on a Sunday night on an emergency call and stayed late to make sure everything was fully cleaned up and taken care of, along with making sure the fans were properly set up so the drying process could start immediately and be as effective as possible. He also went above and beyond by helping me move everything out of the flooded area, which made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.
