I can’t say enough good things about the help I received! He came out on a Sunday night on an emergency call and stayed late to make sure everything was fully cleaned up and taken care of, along with making sure the fans were properly set up so the drying process could start immediately and be as effective as possible. Our water heater let go, spilling a few inches of water over part of our basement. Marcus was prompt answering his emergency service line Friday night. He arrived in less than 45 minutes to assess the situation, give an estimate, and got to work immediately. Marcus went above and beyond to help me move items out of the area and cleaned up the floor before setting the equipment up. I had water damage and mold in the ceiling of my bathroom and called Leal Restoration Services and spoke to Marcus to see if he would take on the job and he came the same day and started the same day.
