Marcus did a fantastic job remediating our attic sheathing. When we contacted him, he quickly got us on his schedule and came out to do the work in record time. He and his team got the whole job knocked out in a single day, and the attic looks (and smells) so much better. Marcus was professional and efficient from start to finish. I had a problem in bathroom with a leak in the ceiling causing mold and water damage. I called Leal Restoration Service and Marcus was able to come the same day and start mold remediation and water damage treatment and cleaned the entire room afterwards. Left it completely spotless. The mold is gone and everything looks great! 10/10 would recommend to others!
I wouldn’t recommend working with the leal team. He seems to be nicer on phone but in person he is not nice at all. He is rude and use unnecessary scare tactics.
Really bad experience with this contractor. Very rude guy to deal with. Got the job barely done and requested money for half baked job. Also he kept asking me when can I give him 5 star reviews.
Can't speak highly enough of Marcus and the team at Leal Restoration. After a major water issues in the house, they were on-site to assess the damage in under an hour. Not only that, they had the whole problem fixed within the weekend. This was not a minor project, the whole floor had to be replaced.
