Hi, till now was thinking about to report them or not and after getting so much trouble I decided to tell about my experience. There spoke with me nicely, kindly and reasonable time frame they gave me but as soon as track been dropped off at their location they forgot about kindness and respect. They promised me to take care of the track with in a with but they didn’t even start working on it 3 weeks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give it zero stars I would. I needed a stabilizer bar for my drop axle. I researched and provided the part number. After getting the part, I found the bar to be the wrong size. When I called I was advised that since I provided the part number it was my fault and they would not take it back. I never installed it. All I wanted was a credit and to spend more money there. BUT, since their customer service is HORRIBLE, I was advised to bad so sad!!!! Well to bad for you. I will spend my money... read more
