I’ve gone to many gyms over the last few years and I have never been so motivated and excited to get up at 540 am for 6am classes like this before. The energy and positivity EVERY trainer at Leaks fitness gives you is second to none. They treat their clients with the utmost professionalism and make you feel as you are apart of their family. Best fitness center ever. The staff is motivating, encouraging and positive. All fitness levels are welcomed and supported. There aren’t enough words to encompass the community and feeling of acceptance that you would feel at the LAB. It’s just something you have to experience yourself. If I have one complaint it’s that I can’t go more often

Rob Leaks and his team over at Leaks Fitness are the best! Help me get out bad habits and back into shape after COVID. Very knowledgeable and personal training sessions helped me learn a lot and set me up to eventually succeed on my own. I will definitely be going back for future sessions!
