We had Leaks and Liners install a new liner in our pool last year. The install went well but since then we have had a few spots that need to be re-stretched and put back. My wife and I have called and texted over 20 times with no response. They sure responded quickly when they were trying to get our business but now we appear to be invisible to them. To say my wife and I are disappointed is an understatement.
If this was a review based solely on the liner, it would have a higher rating. However, when a service costs as much as this one, it's more relevant to rate the entire process. 23APR25: Agreement signed with assurance we would be swimming by Memorial Day. 24APR25: Garret pumps out pool. Tyler texts they will be by Monday 28AR25 to measure. 28APR25: No show to measure. Arrive the next day and I ask for invoice per the liner agreement. No invoice until 14MAY25. 23MAY25: Tyler texts liner damaged by freight company. Eventually ... read more
