Called to confirm if they do onsite truck repairs, they confirmed they do. They also confirmed they’ll be at the location of the truck by 5-6pm. After that, my calls and messages got completely ignored, my guys were out in the cold waiting for this person to not show up. Could’ve easily went with someone else and have the problem fixed 4 hours earlier. Completely unprofessional
Top notch after hours service from these people. Answered on the first call, my driver only waited an hour, before getting his brake chamber replaced. DIDNT RAPE ME ON AFTER HOURS FEES AND LABOR EITHER!!! CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING SERVICE RELATED OR AFTER HOURS ESPECIALLY!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!
Brought the truck to them Thursday afternoon for a rearend Thursday afternoon got it done Monday afternoon charged us 9hrs which anyone who has done a rearend knows is steep. They did get me a room and gave me a ride there, but they charged dearly $685 for 5 nights at the quality inn.David does answer and keep you up to date. They’re good if you’re in a pinch.Truck is a 2000 international.
