I highly recommend Joe Morales. I have been looking for a new audiologist for months. I did a lot of research, I wanted someone who would talk to me about my hearing issues with my hearing aids. This is a first for me. Never having a need, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been. The office was clean and neat. The front desk person is warm and friendly and tries to help without being intrusive. The Audiologist is relaxed and gently answered any and all questions clearly. I had needed hearing aids for sometime, but refused to pull the trigger on getting some due to my stubbornness. Doing so will help me preserve my overall health most importantly . This was such a great experience!! All staff members were friendly and very knowledgable! I had had hearing aids from another group that did not work out and I lost a lot of money. Here I feel like I am getting priceless value and I feel as though I have a whole team working for me.
