Their 'diagnostic guarantee' isn't worth the paper it's written on. They diagnosed a leak and charged around $400, we fixed the sheet rock and paint after thinking the leak was fixed costing another $300, but the leak wasn't fixed, when they were called back they came out and said they will redo the job, after pressed about the initial job and the sheet rock damage costs they went up to the roof and claim that it's not the roof repair issue rather a drainage pipe that's causing it and they said it very rudely. ok so what abo... read more
