Professionalism and empathy should be a requirement for this business/industry. However, I experienced neither for my mom's memorial service. Everyone knows that these are emotional times and the owner had no awareness of that whatsoever. It was all about his optics. Spencer Leak did a amazing job for my mother service. Her name was Diane Witherspoon. The staff was friendly and caring. I was amazed Spencer sat with Us and took care of everything. Never want to see this place again but it is life. They are amazing.
