Professional and kind, there’s a reason why they are still in business after all these years. They did my dad’s funeral services and cremation last April and I don’t wonder if I have all of my dad’s remains. That is the peace of mind you want from a funeral home.
My mother passed away on June 26, 2026. I did not use insurance to pay for her funeral expenses—I paid upfront for her cremation. Thankfully, I received a call on July 21 letting me know that my mother's cremated remains were ready for pickup. However, my experience with obtaining her death certificates was completely different and extremely disappointing. Most insensitive conversation I’ve ever had about a loved one passing, and I’ve had 4 years to think about my review. You serve in our community, YOUR COMMUNITY! you need to show people more respect during their time of grief. I’ll never forget how i was treated.
People. I have to tell you. Leaks has so much things going on right now. Spencer Jr passed 2 months ago. Think about Mrs. Henrietta and Spencer Sr for a second. I'm down the street from Spencer Sr and henrietta. They are known for helping people not begging for money. While you all can lie saying they did this, they did that. Today I went to my cousin’s funeral and it was a beautiful event until at the end the mortician and old man that needs to retire probably 70 years old. Tell the pastor he did not need a microphone and then proceeded to tell the family to sit down while he was talking. He then told us not to greet one another shaking hands and fellowship.
