Today I went to my cousin’s funeral and it was a beautiful event until at the end the mortician and old man that needs to retire probably 70 years old. Tell the pastor he did not need a microphone and then proceeded to tell the family to sit down while he was talking. He then told us not to greet one another shaking hands and fellowship. I recently visited leaks to make funeral arrangements and was disappointed with my experience. The representative, Tiffany, was not very welcoming or compassionate during what is already a difficult time for families. The packages and options were not clearly explained. Not everyone knows how to plan a funeral, and I expected more guidance throughout the process. Instead, I felt like we were being rushed, and the overall interaction felt cold and impersonal.
