Update Two years later I’ve developed a leak and cannot get to a person with the company. I’ve called but the mailbox is full. I’ve emailed and no response. The work is supposed to have a lifetime warranty and now I’m concerned I may be left to deal with it myself. First review If you need a contractor who is responsive via email and text Benton is it. We had a big job with one of our rental houses. It involved the structure integrity. We looked at several options and selected Leak Shield Pro to do the job. When it was time to start, Benton, the owner, just dropped off the face of the Earth. He wouldn’t answer our texts, calls to his mobile or messages left at the office. We tried for 2 weeks because we had invested so much time in meeting and planning. It was very unprofessional and just wierd. No explanation whatsoever. We had this company encapsulate our crawl space on a house we bought and put in a sump pump. WORST experience I have had with any company. Once they put it in we had some issues with standing water and the sump pump not working correctly. When we decided to sell our house two years later we also had issues when it was found on the inspection the encapsulation was faulty and had a hole and that the sump pump was again not working.
