**One Star Disaster: Leak Pros** I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Leak Pros. The initial technicians were completely incompetent, leaving behind a trail of unnecessary holes in my walls and floor. Went to replace cartridges in faucet handles and the dripping continued after I shut the water off. Saw many good reviews on Leak Pros so called them out to replace the supply valves. Jason and Mike showed up promptly, equipped with the exact type of valves required and finished the job quickly. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wanted to put the handle cartridges in myself since I had already bought them and watched many videos on how to do it. This company is extremely professional and reliable. The owner, Carlos, personally ensures that any problem is resolved, going above and beyond typical plumbing services. After a previous contractor left my project in disarray, Carlos, along with Chris, Jason, and Mike, stepped in with a positive attitude and completed my bathrooms, fixed all the plumbing issues, and even finished the tile work. Their pricing was fair, and the results were outstanding. I will definitely continue to work with this company in the future.
