Excellent service!! We brought these guys in to our cafe for an urgent fix and they diagnosed and repaired and got us up and running again. They have been our go to ever since. Knowledgeable plumbers, highly recommend!!
BEWARE ! Never deal with these crooks! Also take no accountability. When we called for service they never disclosed 335.00 fee just to roll the truck. Plus 180.00 an hour. Service was for a 92 year old woman……… They came on a Thursday I went up on Saturday to find they had left the outside tap running full blast. They claim they don’t remember that. Another red flag. This company did our plumbing and they are not skilled at all. Surprised they are still in business. The work was sub par, they had to re attend to fix ongoing mistakes. Please avoid this company at all cost. Pay more or hire someone else that is actually competent and experienced when it comes to plumbing. Here are some specifics. 1. Beware of undisclosed fees. Have used them twice now. This second time their hourly rate increased and they have added a new “service call charge” of $335 for the first hour of work, when the hourly rate is $180/hr. This used to be $45 truck fee. Called Mike the owner who brushed this off and said we got a deal! Umm, wrong! Mike for cheating customers you just lost future business! Damien is great and a hard worker. The cost of the second person should be 1/3 of Damien’s as it’s mostly Damien doing the work.
Two stars because the previous work they did was great. They got the job done professionally and seemed to be knowledgeable in the trade. However, I tried calling them twice about getting my lines moved for my washer. They mentioned that they will call back to go over the details. Never called me back. I’m very disappointed.
