Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! Missed our appointment after booking two weeks out. Claims to have left messages (call logs on my phone and my wife's phone confirm no calls). Hung up on me when I pointed out that they couldn't have called. Have left several messages and called on all lines. ZERO RESPONSE. If you want to be ignored and treated unprofessionally - by all means give them a call. And do yourself a favor, and read the other bad reviews here!

I used Leak Point for a pre purchase inspection on a home. Frank did a wonderful job, I highly recommend this company.

We had Leak Point out to check our pool for a possible leak. They showed up on schedule found the source of the leak and immediately we were able to schedule the repair. The pool had to be drained, as soon as it was Leak Point had their technician here to take care of the problem. Everything was handled in the most professional manner, the workmanship could not have been better. On top of that the technician was a very pleasant person to deal with. Don't look elsewhere,

This five star review is long overdue. Our experience with LeakPoint was very positive from the moment Mike answered the phone. Very professional which immediately gave me confidence. He explained the process and methods they use to detect leaks and left me comfortably assured they’d be able to find the leak in our spa. Evan was dispatched to locate and then repair the leak. He had to cut through the patio ( was able to avoid the spa) and found a pvc pipe that had been damaged by previous work. Working in a very tight area, ... read more
