BEWARE! A leak was discovered when our pool company replaced one of our skimmers. They contacted Leak Investigators to find our leak. They started the work in the fall of 2024 but could not find the leak. Since it was late in the year, the job was tabled until 2025. Our concrete is torn up and we cannot open our pool until it is repaired. It is now March of 2025 and they will not answer or return our calls. We have been trying to contact them for over a month. Never got a call back, good business model
We were very pleased with the work Leak Investigators did replacing our leaky skimmers. The crew was extremely careful and thorough in cutting the old out with minimal concrete removal. Mounting and packing around the new skimmers and restoring the concrete was done with great attention to detail. They even textured the the surface of the new concrete to match our exsisitng pool deck surface. Clean up was exceptional as well. We highly recommend them!
I had a couple of other companies detect and "repair "a nagging leak in my in-ground pool. Just never worked. Ultimately contacted Leak Investigators and got the problem identified and repaired . I waited a few days but the leak wasn't critical and they arrived on schedule...They're busy because they're good. Hunter and Carson did a great job. Extremely fair-priced.
