I'm writing this review as a warning to anybody who would consider having insurance through this agency when you buy insurance the agent gets a percentage of that purchase to be your advocate this company only advocates for the insurance company not for you they have no interest in customer service and they have no interest in anything beyond your premium beware of this company do not buy insurance here they do not honor claims they add so many layers of confusion and demands of erroneous paperwork until you are either force... read more
Didn't have a great experience. Unprofessional in general and created more work for me as a customer. Would not recommend.
Leahy writes for Norfolk & Dedham, who is very overpriced and hard to work with. Keep looking and don't settle for a captive agent (one who only writes for one carrier) if you want the best rates.

Worst customer service!!! All they want is your money!! All they do is argue with you and want you to do all the work. Get insurance somewhere else. Had issues with our car insurance and house insurance. Also they never answer there phone.
