I walked in with a picture, told her exactly how I wanted my hair cut and what I got instead was a head full of razor cuts of all different lengths and the hair cut she thought I should have. And when I said that's not how I want my hair she told me well that's how your hair grows. Did she cut my hair, yes. Would I recommend her, absolutely not.
