Update: I just wanted to come and update my review, since purchasing the dress the alterations were super easy, I never spent more than 20 minutes in the store that's how easy it was and all the staff again were a delight to work with. The dress was just perfect, having a black dress that also showed white perfectly throughout was amazing! Everyone loved my dress and I had so many compliments!! The dresses are all amazing here- they’re all so gorgeous and well-made. But the real star of the show for me and Mum today was Julie! She has such an amazing talent as a consultant: incredibly intuitive, complimentary, and calming to be around at the same time as being super super fun. Wanted to ask her for a hug at the end of our appointment but I didn’t want to overstep- but she must have sensed it because she gave us the biggest hugs anyway!! 🥺🩵

They are very helpful and very lovely there. And the are very reasonable with there prices too and they lay-by as well.
Georgina really took the time to make sure it was the dress for me showing me all the alternative ways dresses would work to suit me and as a bigger girl that found walking into a bridal store for the first time at 42 daunting , I felt completely at ease with her and felt like she gave me so many options!
