I came in to get my IUD, replaced. Unfortunately, it no longer has its strings and I have a fibroid in the way. She had an internal ultrasound ordered. At first, I thought it may have fell out. So they’re calling other specialists to get me seen and taken care of before my upcoming surgery. She was very gentle, extremely responsive and helpful.
One of my best appointments ever! Dr. Phan was great about listening, answering my questions, and ordering labs. I got there 10-15 minutes before my appointment time (2:20) and was seen immediately (even before sitting down in waiting room!). Follow-up on resulting labs was fast...about 24 hours after appointment. Great experience all the way around!

Dr. Phan always listens to my concerns and addresses them. She is cheerful, kind, and patient. I also appreciate the fact she respects my stance on no flu shots or vaccines, but she does tell me I can change my mind later. Dr. Phan is a wonderful doctor, and I am blessed to have her managing my health.
