Zero Stars I hired Gamut Group LLC to find a tenant for me during the pandemic as my prior tenant was moving out. Gamut compensated a broker’s fee of one month’s rent and showed the property when my tenant was away on vacation. They left all lights on, all doors open, including the back door wide open and the heat on.
